DIY Pencil box from old waste CDs
We are always don't think of converting waste materials into useful stuffs, so we throw old music and movie CDs and DVDs into garbage as waste disposals, but we can turn them to be useful crafts for our own use or for selling. Lets see how to make our own Pencil box using waste CD discs.Materials and tools required: 3 Waste CD, a piece of scrap foam pad, a corrugated paper, a ruler, a knife, double sided tape and clear plastic
DIY pencil box steps:
1. with a ruler and a knife cut down two corrugated, wide enough to completely cover the CD in the middle of the hole slightly larger than the length and diameter over 3 CD
2. Glue the double-sided corrugated strip on the back
3. Keep CDs neatly arranged into the same side to the side edge of the table
4. Paste the corrugated strip together from the middle of the three CD discs
5. Fold the linked three CD into triangle shape and fix the end of the corrugated sheet together
6. Use a ruler and a knife to cut down a triangular foam for the bottom portion of the pencil box
7. insert the triangle CDs into the triangle foam base
8. use one more corrugated stip to attach the bottom of the CDs together
